Square Jaw Reduction Surgery
Some people have a mandibular angle (jawline) that is too large, or that flares outward, creating a strong or stern look. With square jaw reduction surgery, we can reduce the sharp or bulbous appearance, creating a softer jawline and smoother line from the ear to the chin.
Cheekbone Reduction Surgery
A standard cheekbone reduction surgery involves removing part of the bone, but our unique approach at The Plus involves rotating the cheekbone inward to reduce the appearance, without any excision. This method reduces the risk of bone nonunion (non-healing) as well as concerns around sagging skin.
Genioplasty
Genioplasty is the reshaping of the chin by repositioning and T-osteotomy (removing a part of the chin bone and rejoining the two sides of the jaw). This procedure can be adjusted to address concerns such as a weak, protruding or asymmetrical chin, and results in a natural-looking, streamlined jawline.
